Returns Policy

We want to ensure you’re happy with your purchase so our returns policy is in addition to that of which we are bound by Australian Consumer Law. Please read the policy carefully to ensure you are aware of your rights under this policy and our obligations to you.

 Allowable Returns

Luma will accept product returns and provide you with a refund, replacement product or repair where:
• The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
• The product is not fit for its intended purpose; or
• The product does not match the sample or description; and
• You can provide an invoice or other adequate proof of purchase
Luma reserves the right not to offer a refund, replacement product or repair where the item fault is a result of misuse or neglect.

 Change of Mind Returns

As your Luma kitchen is custom-made to your exact specifications at the time of ordering, we are not able to offer change of mind returns or exchanges once manufacturing has commenced.

How to Return a Product

Simply contact us a [email protected] with details of why you’re requesting a return and include a copy of your receipt. We’ll do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. Please consider this policy before requesting a return or refund.
